Description

Hopkins and Company is looking for a driven, detail orientated hospitaliterian that has a can-do mentality. As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our restaurants. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, implementing standardized procedures, and optimizing performance to achieve business objectives. This role requires a proactive leader with strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take a hands-on approach to oversee daily operations at all Hopkins and Company brands, ensuring adherence to established standards of quality and service.
  • Implement standardized procedures and protocols to streamline operations and enhance efficiency across all aspects of restaurant management.
  • Manage IT systems, coordinate repairs and maintenance, oversee cleaning operations, and maintain compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality of goods and services.

Qualifications

  • 5+ Years in Restaurant Management
  • Proven experience in restaurant management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing multiple locations.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house functions.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams while holding employees accountable to the values at Hopkins and Company.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • ServSafe certification required.
