Summary of Position: 

As the Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to efficiently manage day-to-day management functions while delivering outstanding hospitality and service. Key responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing general operations and financial checklists of the business
• Overseeing order and receiving of products
• Overseeing the quality and expediency of food and beverages
• Maintaining safety, sanitation, and general maintenance
• Hiring, training, and development of team members
• Managing the guest experience to ensure a consistent level of excellence
• Assisting with guest relations

 
Education and Experience Qualifications Needed:

• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree
• 2+ years of restaurant management experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook 365 and Excel
• Strong financial background
• A passion for food, beverage and hospitality is required.
• Excellent hospitality skills and an ability to maintain high energy levels with poise and warmth in a high volume, fast paced environment
• Strong leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to build relationships and manage staff
• A high level of personal integrity, professionalism, and maturity
• Proven problem-solving abilities
• Excellent math, reading, writing and communication skills
