The
Lead Sommelier
will be an integral part of service as they will inspire and mentor our service team to enhance an environment of excellence in food, beverage and hospitality.

C. Ellet’s

Summary of Position
The Lead Sommelier at C. Ellet’s must be a leader in all aspects of service. They will be the most knowledgeable on wine while also being the example of Hopkins Hospitality for our team. They will assist in evolving the wine program and will train and supervise our service team in the standards of classic wine service. The Lead Sommelier will lead wine classes and tastings to inspire their same passion for wine in all of our service team. They will also be thoroughly knowledgeable concerning the beer, spirits, cocktails offered and fully versed in our food menu to assist with pairings and recommendations.


We ask that you have a CSW certification, or be a Level 2 Sommelier through CMS, with 2+ years’ experience as a Sommelier in a restaurant.
