We are looking for a driven beverage manager at C. Ellet’s Steakhouse located in The Battery Atlanta. Overlooking Truist Park, C. Ellet’s is a lively modern steakhouse with a robust wine, beer and cocktail program. As the Beverage Manager you will have the exciting opportunity to spearhead our wine program along with our Beverage Director, setting the stage for future wine awards. We have big goals ahead of us at C. Ellet’s!

This individual must be a hardworking and charismatic professional with at least 5 years of hospitality experience and previous beverage program management. This position is for someone who is energetic, thoughtful, strategic, and adaptable while being focused on achieving cost of goods levels. Maintaining proper inventory levels throughout different periods of the year by strategic purchasing is very pivotal to the success of this role. The beverage manager will assist with special events, recruitment, staffing, and overall guest service.

Lagniappe is one of our guiding principles at C. Ellet’s- It means a little extra in New Orleans. Chef Linton Hopkins completed his culinary training here and C. Ellet’s has New Orleans influences in its cuisine and beverage program.
