Seasonal Store Support at Holeman and Finch Bottle Shop
This is a seasonal position for the 2025 Holiday Season. The position is open from October-January, a 10-12 week commitment is required during this timeframe. Saturday work is required.
Do you have a passion for spirits, wine, and beer? If so, we are on the search for charismatic and welcoming team members to join our crew for the holiday season! Our team members earn between $15 and $20 per hour based on experience.
Since opening in 2011, Holeman and Finch Bottle Shop has established itself as a favorite neighborhood package store in Peachtree Hills. The shop offers an expansive selection of unique spirits, local beers and well-priced wines, as well as distinctive collections of glassware and cocktail goods. Our loyal guests who love our libations in our restaurants can come to the shop to re-create their favorite beverages from our menus!
To be successful with us you must enjoy working one-on-one with our guests. You must demonstrate professionalism and a high level of service. You must also be motivated to gain product knowledge to act as an expert for the guest and achieve personal and team sales goals.
Essential Functions:
- Greet all guests with warm and gracious hospitality, exceeding their expectations and providing an excellent shopping experience
- Be enthusiastic and knowledgeable about beverage products and shop programs
- Demonstrate thorough understanding of products on floor, developing speaking points and frequently seeking new learning opportunities
- Assist to unload, organize, and store product
- Dust, clean, and reorganize shelves to ensure proper product rotation
- Assist with gift wrapping and bag packing, helping guests to cars with larger orders
- Assist with transactions and online order fulfillment
- Communicate effectively with guests via phone and in person
Requirements:
- 1+ year(s) of relevant hospitality experience
- 21 years of age or older
- A love and curiosity for wine, beer and spirits with a willingness to continue education
- Often required to lift moderate weight (25-50 pounds)
