C. Ellet’s Steakhouse is one of our country’s premier steakhouses. Birthed from an idea that what is great about dining institutions in America is the Steakhouse. Dry Aged Prime Beef, Local and Regional American Beef Farms, Oysters & Seafood sourced from our three coasts, Vegetables from our Region and grounded in the rich and deep Southern cooking traditions.  Here, you are always welcome!

 

Lagniappe is one of our guiding principles; Chef Hopkins trained in the great city of New Orleans and learned one of our nation’s great cuisines under some of the top chefs in America. Fresh Briny Oysters, Remoulade, Andouille and Tasso Gumbo, BBQ Shrimp & Crab Ravigote are some of the creole and cajun classics which garnish the menu. We offer a generous and global wine list alongside an amazing cocktail program with both classics like the Sazerac and house made originals such as the Scorched Earth. All drinks are made from scratch by a brigade of bartenders and barbacks.

 


Summary of Position
The Service & Operations Manager oversees service standards regarding flow from front door to kitchen. This includes safety and sanitation, quality and expediency of food and beverage, and guest relations. This also includes working closely with the General Manager to supervise staff, inventory, and maintenance of the restaurant and to manage day-to-day functions while maintaining and delivering outstanding hospitality and service.
