We are on the search for a talented Pastry Cook to join our krewe at our modern, sophisticated spin on the classic American steakhouse. Pass a good time with us!

To be successful you must:

· Have flexible availability, which may include morning, evening, weekends and some holidays

· Maintain a working knowledge of all recipes, products and production procedures

· Ensure consistency and deliciousness of all menu items

· Ensure the quality and freshness of our products

· Assist with inventory, organization and overall cleanliness

· Help with daily monitoring of kitchen safety

· Assist to develop new items and recipes while ensuring food cost goals are met

· Monitor kitchen safety and cleanliness and assist to correct maintenance issues

We ask that you have 2+ years of relevant experience as a Pastry cook and be 18 years of age or older. A culinary degree is preferred with food safety knowledge.
